Dr. Marilyn Sadler, DDS
Doctor of Dental SurgeryMeet Dr. Sadler, our wonderful third-generation dentist. With an incredibly diverse background, she has experienced every role in a dental office — from dental assistant to front office staff, hygienist, and now dentist. Her journey has given her a great appreciation for teamwork, and she truly values her staff.
Originally from North Dakota, Dr. Sadler's passion for dentistry blossomed while working as a dental assistant in rural Alaska. Inspired by her experiences there, she decided to become a dentist. Before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Utah, she taught as a dental assistant instructor and served as an adjunct dental hygiene instructor at Weber State University.
Dr. Sadler's commitment to her profession goes hand in hand with her love for giving back. After completing her dental hygiene education, she took on leadership roles in the Northern Utah Dental Hygiene Association, serving as President for two years. She has also been the liaison for dental schools with the Utah Dental Association and is actively involved on the DOPL dental board.
Her generosity extends beyond local efforts — Dr. Sadler enjoys participating in humanitarian trips. She has traveled to the Dominican Republic with the G3 Foundation, worked in Kenya with 100 Humanitarians, and Honduras and Mexico with Global Dental Partners, where she provided dental care and taught valuable life skills. She also dedicates time to serve at Midvale CBC, a local community clinic, helping those in need year-round.
On a personal note, Dr. Sadler met her husband, Trevor, in Alaska, and they have happily called Utah home for over 21 years. Together, they have two adventurous children, McKinley and Summit, along with a sweet old golden retriever named Teton.
